i’m doing the abc diet plus i never eat after 5 pm but on saturdays i eat whatever i want except like junk and fast food and stuff and the next day i fast and then continue the abc diet again oh and i run with 6.0 speed for 30 minutes on threadmill and i walk my dog for 1 hour everyday and sometimes i do the 100 workout thing (if i’m not tired) so erm that’s pretty much it. oh and i make sure i drink 2L or more water everyday yeah
